Custom/Exotic Wood Veneering & Hot Press
BCM offers custom matching wood veneer lay ups which are done as per customers specifications or design needs. We have our own veneer stitcher and hot press for large or small lay ups. All cores are calibrated through the wide belt sander before applying veneer to achieve the best possible bonding. Our hot press can be also used for application of different types of pressurized laminate to create board material which can be used for custom cabinetry, wall paneling or counter tops. High Volume Cabinet Cut-To-Size Panel Production • Video
Automation and optimization of cutting processes with barcoding system make it possible for us to cut and machine large volume of parts in timely manner. This is achieved by our Bargstedt fully-automated panel-storage system which feeds our HPP380 profiLine panel-sizing saw coupled with CNC machining centers is the best production arrangement for high volume cabinet and panel production.
